An engineer turned technocrat and entrepreneur, Sridhar created the Pioneer Group in 1992. Growing at 100% every year, Pioneer provides IT services, IT consulting, internet services and IT infrastructure to its worldwide clientele.

Sridhar has received numerous awards including Karmveer Puraskar 2007 awarded by ICONGO, Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani by Global Economic Council, Best Entrepreneur of the year by ATA and Star award for quality in Gold (Paris) and Platinum (Frankfurt) categories.

Sridhar has received an award of appreciation from Intel Corp for establishing its products in the Indian ISP market. He also holds the patent for ISP in a box.
